JAPANESE BLACKBERRY BRAMBLE
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 1 oz Yuzuri Liqueur
- 0.5 oz yuzu Juice
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- Blackberries
- Shiso leaves
DIRECTIONS
Muddle 8 blackberries and 2 shiso leaves in a shaker, then add other ingredients & shake.
Strain into glass, top with crushed ice.
Garnish with skewered blackberries & shiso leaves.
