HOJICHA TEA
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Kikori Whiskey
- 0.75 oz tea syrup*
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Add ingredients to a warmed tea cup. Top with boiling water then give a quick stir.
*To make the tea syrup, combine 1 tbsp of hojicha per 1 liquid cup of water. Heat water to 220, add tea and let steep for 3 minutes. Use equal parts tea to light honey, heat over medium until smooth.
