YUZU OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Kikori Whiskey
- Scant bar spoon of sweetened ginger juice
- 4 Dashes yuzu bitters
- Sea salt
- Grapefruit peel
DIRECTIONS
Add the sweetened ginger juice to a rocks glass, then add yuzu bitters and Kikori Whiskey. Add ice and stir to combine flavors. Sprinkle sea salt over cocktail and ice, and garnish with a grapefruit peel.
